Wow...have we been thru it the last couple of weeks! Our oldest boy, Louie, tore his ACL in late October. He had surgery mid November. The surgery went very well and he was healing on schedule. But 10 days ago he developed a peculiar "lump" on his side by his rib cage. A vet visit with ultrasound determined he had inhaled a weed seed at some point and it was stuck in his abdomen causing an abscess. Last week we celebrated Jessa's 6th Birthday! She enjoyed extra hugs and kisses! She even got a few extra of her favorite treats at snacktime!

Last week when Louie was out on his training run, he came up limping on his back leg. We babied it for a few days then it seemed to get a little better. This morning he could barely walk. Beau What can I say? Beau is one of a kind! He has a strong personality but is the biggest lover on his own terms.
